No Refunds — Exchange Only

At Winners Circle Store, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds — only exchanges or store credit when applicable.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Health and personal-care items
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchange Eligibility

To start an exchange, please contact us at info@winnerscirclestore.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include the following information in your email:

• Order number
• Brief description of the issue
• Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit if approved.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Sale & Final Items

Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return once approved.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the credit or exchange will go to the original purchaser.

Policy Agreement

By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Exchange & Return Policy.
